Looking for a female lodger for our spare room.
Large double room in friendly family house on Richmond Road. The room has its own bathroom (not en suite but on the same floor) that is only shared if there are visiting guests.
We also have WIFI & Broadband via EE.
Kitchen and dining facilities are shared with the family. There is a fridge with small freezer compartment for use just for our lodger however.
In terms of outdoor space there is a large back garden with a drying line.
Green space-wise, there is Montpelier Park (5mins) St Andrews Park (10mins), Narroways (10 mins) and Purdown is a little further on for longer walks.
The house is 5 mins from Montpelier station which connects you with Temple Meads and Clifton Down. It is 10 mins walk to Gloucester Road and 15 mins walk into the city centre.
We are a friendly easy-going family of four (two teenagers) with a small cockapoo, who are looking for a professional person or post graduate to share our house.
