We have an immaculate spare room, on the first floor of in our architect designed family house, with an ensuite (private) shower room and w.c. Furnished, with sofa bed, fitted cupboards, never been used as a bedroom (used as an office) newly redecorated, overlooking a large quiet back garden to the south east, with morning sun.
We are a family with teenage/older kids and whoever takes the room should be comfortable with a family environment. We are friendly but if you want your privacy thats ok too!
Sofa bed, desk, chair, storage, use of large garden and use of kitchen downstairs.
We are looking for a Monday to Friday person, probably someone who just works weekdays in London. We are very close to King's College Hospital and close to UAL with good and fast transport overground into the city, and Victoria.
8 mins walk from Denmark Hill station (Victoria 10 mins, City 15 mins, Clapham and Hackney), 10 mins from Loughborough Junction (city 12 mins and Kings X 18 mins), 12 minutes from Herne Hill station and Brockwell Park. 15 min by bus to Brixton tube and markets 10 mins. Bus 5 minutes to Dulwich Village.
The house is on the south side of Ruskin park and walkable to various shops, library, cafe, pubs.
