We’re Black Leaf Films, a growing production company based right next to Camden Town Underground. Our quirky, relaxed office includes a self-contained edit suite/space available for dry hire when not in use. Located in a creative co-working hub surrounded by filmmakers and artists at the heart of the bustling Camden Town.

The Space
• Our space is aimed at bridging the gap between the editor’s bedroom and a full post house (this is not a fully kitted out Soho post house).
• Private room
• Large edit desk with 3 monitors and professional Yamaha Studio monitors. Use our PC or bring your own laptop and plug in.
• Separate producer/laptop desk
• 3-seat sofa + shelf storage
• Comfortable for 4 working, up to 6 for viewings

* 2 computer screens + Black Magic video out to 3rd monitor (or 3rd computer screen)

* 2 x Yamaha Studio Pro Monitors

• Kitchen, bike parking, occasional car/van drop-off parking
• Toilets with shower
• All power, heating costs included
• Our office is in an old school so there is a whole playground, with plants and picnic tables, to chill/smoke/relax in.
• Access 9–6 (24hr by arrangement)

• Edit assistant/data wrangler available (with 2 additional edit machines for wrangling/transcoding)
• Hire of drives, cameras & kit available
• Black Leaf Dropbox production tools included: Zoom, Dropbox (large file transfer), Trint (transcription/translation)

RATES ***excluding VAT***
• Main edit suite: £70/day, £300/week
• 2nd machine (main office): £45/day, £200/week
• Assistants & kit hire: on request
