A Double bedroom is available for only one person (best for professional) near by Uxbridge Road, Hayes, Post Code is UB48RE, (Please note that it is just for one person. Don't waste your time if you are looking a room for more than one person). It is a mid terrace house where me and my wife only are living. It has a comfort access to many buses (90, 195, U7, 278, SL8, 427, H98, N207) as well as railway lines bit further (Hayes and Harlington st, Northholt st, Hillingdon st and Uxbridge st.). Different types of shops, pubs and parks are near by. One double bed frame with small table, one mattress, curtain in window, one wardrobe and one small private fredge will be provided. Rent is 650 Pounds per month including all utilities. One month deposit is mandatory and contract will be made between tennant and landlord. As my experience some my previous tenants didn't use kitchen except tea, coffee and water, therefore if upcoming new doesn't use kitchen then rent might be considered to £600 a month.
