I am looking for a new lodger to rent my spare Double Room. The full cost cost will be £450.
It has recently been renovated and is available from August 24th. It is a modern apartment block situated in the Coldside/Rockwell area It would suit a reliable person.
The total cost would be £450 per month, to include room rent, utility bills, and Council tax . It is within walking distance to both Universities and Dundee College
Facilities include Large Kitchen with dining/social area,

SHARED washing machine Micro, Airfryer
Dish washer
The bedroom is furnished with double bed, double fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair.
1 Months rent and a deposit is required
My last lodger stayed for 6 years, i would welcome at least a 3 month commitment
