Seeking English speaking relaxed easy going house trained people who clean up after themselves. House rules! You find things tidy you leave things tidy and are stable meaning you have a job & can pay the rent. House cleaning is on an honesty bases and all housemates are expected to contribute equally. No exceptions as houses don’t clean themselves (15 mins pw / 1hr pm)
One month’s deposit required & contactable references.
Includes WiFi 6 / 500Meg broadband, Ctax, Gas, Elec, water.
I also supply all house cleaning products & toilet paper. Personnel products you buy yourself!
No agents, seeking stable working people for working household.
No alcoholics nor drug addicts as never goes well, save us both the hassle & look elsewhere.
