Double room with ensuite in Montpelier

Description

We've got a huge double room, ensuite with a bath in a 3-bedroom shared ground-floor flat. Unfurnished, and the bills are not included. We are in a very central location in Montpelier, close to the Star and Garter pub. Private Landlord, council tax property band: B. Bills and council tax come to £123 a month.
Current housemates are Neil and Tom, and Catface the cat.
I'm Neil, an artist, and Tom is a writer. We are both working from home. We are looking for another professional housemate for the room, who is calm, clean, and considerate. I'm vegan, who enjoys cooking, so another veggie or vegan would be a plus, but not essential. Would be nice to have a female to keep the gender balance, but it depends on the person. It's not a party house; we don't want too many people over, but friends are welcome.
We can't have another pet in here, sorry. But animal lovers are welcome. There is a small courtyard at the back of the house that does get some afternoon sun, so there is potential to grow things. I've built a bike shelter now, which isn't in the pictures. The lounge/dining room is massive, so the flat is really big for the price in central Bristol. It would be nice to cook meals together and in the evenings play games or watch something.
There is a 6-month tenancy in this house, so we need someone for the 1st of March.
