I have a spacious double room to let. I am looking for a clean respectful, trustworthy and tidy FEMALE to share my cost 2 bedroom ground floor Victorian conversion flat that has a private garden.

The rent is £750 all bill included.

I work from home 4 days a week, so I am looking for someone who does not work from home during the week and has a regular 9-5 work schedule. (Although I would consider you working from home 1 day a week when I am in the office). I also work another job on the weekends, so I will not be around much on weekends (I will only be around 2 Saturday a month) so the place will be yours for most of the day over the weekends).

Please note this is open planned kitchen, dining and sofa area. This is not a party house, it’s a quiet respectful household and over night guests are not permitted, however I do not mind you having guest over during the day occasionally on the weekends.

I am a mature female who is east going, has a sense of humour and easy to get along with.

My property is waking distance to Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Lidl and 3 minutes walk to the local high street that has plenty of shops, cafes amenities and a leisure centre.

Location very well connected to transport links. 2 minutes walk to bus stops with buses that go to East Croydon and West Croydon in 15 minutes and Central London. Also 10 minutes walk to Selhurst and Thornton Heath Station, with trains that go directly to London Victoria and London Bridge
