I’m excited to offer a lovely double room in my flat, available from mid-January 2025. The room is generously sized, featuring a built-in double wardrobe, a comfy double bed, and two bedside tables, making it a super comfortable space for you to relax and unwind.

The flat boasts a large open-plan living area, perfect for socializing or relaxing, plus a charming outdoor space that’s a real suntrap in the summer – ideal for enjoying some fresh air!

Located on the ground floor of a secure complex, the flat includes a 24-hour concierge service for peace of mind. Plus, there’s a gym on-site at no extra cost – so you can easily stay fit without leaving home!

The rent includes the water bill, and additional bills for electric, council tax, and internet are under £200 per month.

If you have a car, there’s parking available in the basement for an additional fee.

** TRAVEL **

We’re perfectly located, just a 3-minute walk from Holloway Road tube, and only 10 minutes from Caledonian Road tube. Highbury & Islington overground station is a short 15-minute stroll away. Getting into central London (Soho) takes under 20 minutes, and the City is under 30 minutes by train. There are also plenty of bus routes and Lime bikes right from Holloway Road if that’s your style.


** WORK **

I work from home 99% of the time.
If you’re office based, travel is extremely easy from this flat.

If you work from home, all good -there is enough room in the living room for two people to work peacefully enough, as well as space in the bedroom for a desk if you want more privacy.

** SHARING + ME **

I'm from Australia originally and despite being been here for over a decade, the accent is as strong as ever.

I am hoping to find a flatmate who will get my 90s pop culture references, will be respectful of communal spaces and clean up after themselves. Hoping we can watch rubbish TV (if you don't watch Below Deck, you soon will), have a glass of wine here and there, but no pressure to be besties.
