The flat is south facing so benefits from a lots of natural light and the flat is well maintained. Access to communal garden & free parking at weekends.
We are live in landlords very chilled and often travel for work so sometimes not around much.
I am looking for a single working professional male Or full time male student. The housemate must me clean respectful and a valid DBS is desirable. NO COUPLES. All bills are included in the monthly rent. One month deposit and one month rent upfront required. Only serious candidates please.
