I have a spacious, furnished double room available in my quiet, modern, well-kept home in SO19. The kitchen is fully equipped, all areas are shared except for the bedrooms, and there is a shared bathroom. There is a cat in the house so probably not suitable for other pets. A deposit is required, and I'm flexible on the lease duration. I'm a live in landlord, pretty easy going and friendly 42-year-old working professional with over 10 years of experience in house-sharing. The rent is £550 per month and includes all bills (water, electricity, gas, TV, internet, and council tax).
