Hi there future flatmate :)

I'm looking for a quiet, friendly, and considerate person to share the flat with. Someone who enjoys a peaceful atmosphere, good chats in the kitchen, and also values their own space. Professionals preferred.

If you're into yoga, nature, meditation, left-leaning politics, or just generally gentle living, we’ll get on well. Bonus points if you like to geek out about things!

I travel quite a bit, so you'll have the flat to yourself regularly.

The room has a double bed, big desk and a large build in wardrobe.

The flat has a spacious living room and a little bit of a garden with a wee veg patch and fire :)

The flat is warm with a new boiler, so bills are reasonable.
Council tax band B, around £60 per person.

Located close to city centre, Leith, Arthur's seat and about 30 min walk to the beach - so perfect for a nature lover.
Great transport links and 10 min walk to Meadowbank shopping centre where there's big Sainsbury's.

This is a vegetarian/vegan flat so that’s the only requirement.
