Regular Cleaning is a must to maintain the good condition and family environment of our house specially own room, bathroom and corridor & kitchen bin. Hoover provided.
Pet & smoke free.
Pork and alcohol is not allowed in the house.
All bills included in the rent (i. e. water, electricity, wifi, council) but please be considerate and use reasonably as all utilities prices are so high. 1 Month advance and 1 Month deposit is necessary. Also notice period is 1 month if any party requires to vacate the room.
