We will like to rent our double room to a clean, friendly human temporarily. We are a family of 3. The house is located in Kingswood. Good connection with buses to commute around.
The room comes with a single bed with a very comfy new mattress, chest of drawers, wifi.
Shared kitchen, bath and toilet as well as a lovely garden for some family bbq time together.
The room is suitable for those looking to live in a family friendly environment.
House is always kept extremely clean and tidy. Rent is £600 with all bills included. Available in May.
The room is for single occupancy only.
No pets allowed, Home working not suitable, No Smoking.
