Description
I’m looking for a professional, student or someone that loves to travel, that enjoys a quiet, relaxed household, also clean and tidy. In the room you will get a tv, double bed with storage, a set of drawers, a laundry basket, a mirror and a clothing rail. The house is 4 years old so nearly everything is of new/high standards.
I am a 28 year old high school teacher and my boyfriend who works in haulage occasionally stays with me or I stay with him. I am out at work during the day and mostly socialise with my friends and family in the evenings. I am laid back, like to relax at the weekends, and easy to get on with.
-Shared bathroom between 2
-Shared garden
-Shared kitchen/dining
-Shared living room
-Regular bus route into town with a number 3 and 29, 5 minutes walk to bus stop
-7 minutes to Straiton Retail Park
-Coop next door
-On street free parking
-Close to the A720/M9/M8, Royal Infirmary, city centre, Straiton and Fort Kinnaird
My current flatmate is moving out after a year and I’m looking for someone new! If you are interested in short term accommodation then the rent would be pro-rata and there would be a £50 deposit. Postcode: EH17
