Double Room for a Single Person in a
HMO property. There will be three professional males living at the house already . Two chefs and a Care Worker. The HMO Licence is for a maximum of FOUR tenants only . So the double room is for ONE individual. The room is on the ground floor. Fully furnished room. Shared kitchen and bathroom , with a separate toilet. Also an outside toilet available. Rent it paid every 28 days (4 weeks). Room will be available from 22/11//2025.

Four weeks (28 days) security payment required.

Reference and Guarantor required.

No smoking property as per the HMO licence . You can smoke outside the house in the garden. Cigarette ends in the bin .

The house is a quiet house . Everyone respects each others privacy and it’s like a library 90% of the time. There’s no Wi-Fi and no TV licence. All other bills are inclusive of the price. Everyone is required to keep the house clean, as it’s reflected in the price. I do not pay a cleaner to come and clean the house.


smoking? it’s restricted to outside the house , as it’s against the law to smoke in hmo properties due to smoke alarms fitted all round .
