Room available, in a nice, quiet house in Mutley/Lipson border on Prince Maurice Rd (PL4 7LL just off Alexandra Road) in Plymouth, not far from Mutley Plane (7 mins mins walk) and the Drake Circus Precinct in the city centre (23 mins walk). There is a Pure Gym 0.2 miles/4 mins walk, Tesco Express 0.2 miles/4 mins walk with free to use cashpoint machine.

The entire house has been beautifully decorated with colour schemes from an interior designer. Everything is in good order - there is a modern fitted kitchen with appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, two ovens, two hobs, two fridge freezers, and microwave oven), central heating system, recently decorated so it's fresh and clean. At the back of the house, there is a lockable gate leading to a service road, also in the courtyard is a lockable utility building for bikes and storage. The property is professionally cleaned every week top to bottom in all the communal areas – kitchen, the two bathrooms and two separate loos are all sparkly and clean at least once a week :-) There is a lounge with two modern sofas, a Sony flat screen TV with BT hi speed broadband/Wi-Fi and DVD player available. Rooms are single occupancy. It's a strictly non-smoking professional household - all tenants are non-smokers and so smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises inside or out. This is a CLEAN air house where you can live in a smoke-free environment. All bills included - gas, water, electric, council tax, TV licence, BT OpenReach (fibre optic super fast) broadband.

The property is fully licenced and I am an accredited Landlord with Landlord Accreditation South West.
