Couple looking to rent a room in our house to a student or creative looking for a peaceful south-facing study space with garden. We also have a large shed where an artist could store work.

The room comes with the options of the following furniture, plus we have curtains:

Wooden desk, lamps, upholstered display crate for organising files and documents, 2 x armchairs, 1 x large plastic storage crate 120L, working decent quality printer for document printing, recycling and general bin we will empty for you, kettle, mugs, pens and pencils, bog roll!

Renter would need to provide own: art materials, printer ink, printer paper, envelopes, tea, coffee, milk etc. But we can keep your milk in our fridge plus snacks.

This is an opportunity for a student or creative. You would not be able to receive mail to, or operate a business out of, or register a business to, our house. Sorry!

Rate is £250 per month for an individual and can be paid weekly.

Rate is £320 per month for a pair and can be paid weekly. You will need to add another desk yourselves if 2 desks needed.

Please, when contacting, give as much information as you can (that you feel comfortable with!) about yourself and your work / what you would be doing with the space.

The space is available until 2027 but we will consider short lets.
