There is a large kitchen that is fully equipped with multiples of each appliance ie ovens / washing machines / fridges / freezers etc and there is a great deal of kitchen storage space. There is car parking, a garage , bicycle storage and an office space. The side of the house has a large patio area and there is a large garden to the rear of the house.
The house is set in a lovely, well kept, friendly, quiet and safe area. In a short 10 minute walk you will be on the main street in the centre of town with every shop and restaurant you could need. There is also a large new spar shop being built just at the end of the estate 1 minute walk from the house.
Bills are included but fair usage applies. The house has been fully encapsulated in insulation and with smart technology so it remains lovely and warm.
A weekly bedroom/house cleaner is included in the price along with gardener/window cleaner/pest control/electrician/plumber and fire officer.
