Hi! I have a lovely 3-bedroom house lined up on South View in Taff's Well and am looking for a reliable housemate to view it with me and join the joint tenancy agreement.
Rent: £450 per month (your half, bills not included — bills split once known).
The Property: A spacious 3-bed layout (meaning we have an extra spare room for an office, guests, or storage!), a lovely garden area, and dedicated parking area.
House Rules: Pet-friendly and smoker-friendly (strictly outside only, 🍃 friendly).
Location: Taff's Well (South View). It's an incredibly easy 12-15 minute train commute into Cardiff Central, a short walk to the station, and right by the Taff Trail.
The Plan: Ideally, we will coordinate and view the property together with the landlord so we can ensure we vibe as housemates before putting the application forward!
About me:I work from home, so I’ll be around during the day. In my free time, I’m a heavy reader, a gamer, and slightly panda-obsessed! I'm generally pretty quiet and respectful, though I do love listening to my music. I am a 🍃 smoker (strictly outside in the garden only).
My boyfriend and his dog, Zola, will be staying over a few nights a week. We split time between our places, so you'll also get the house completely to yourself some nights!
