I'm looking for kind, respectful professional individuals who are happy to share a home with myself and my 10 year old daughter, who lives with me every other week. We also have two cats who are very much part of the family here.

The property is in an amazing location. It is about a 5 minute walk to St Werburghs where there are shops, cafes and pubs. Tesco, Ikea, Aldi and Lidl are also very close. It is also near a number of bus routes, with Ashley Down station being a 10 minute walk away meaning that it is very easy to access the town centre. Town is a walkable distance, however, and takes about 25 minutes.
