I am delighted to offer a luxury rooms in a last century semi-detached house located in a very quiet and residential area of Camden. 5 min away from Camden Rd overground, Camden Town underground, Camden High St and Regent’s Park, the ideal place for professionals, UAL/UCL students or anybody that works in Central London.

The room is offered with essential furniture and on the ground floor, just next to kitchen and house door for more direct access but however so amazingly bright with window showing our green front yard. Watch a beautiful sunrise from your window.

Our main goal here is to provide to creative young professionals a quiet place to relax, rest and chill.
LGBTQ+ friendly and kink friendly ( get in touch for more details, see ALL the pictures) but we love and respect absolutely anyone as long as you respect us!
We're up for a hang out and a chat but ideally no party house (even if parties have happened when booked and everyone agreed).
No smoking and no pets allowed (but the open air patio is the ideal smoking area).
Despite being so near to the heart of Camden the path is amazingly quiet and silent as well.


The huge, comfortable and cozy kitchen gives access to our patio. There's a gym room with weight bench and PA system you are free to use, so that you can do your workout on a rainy day without even walking out the house door. There is a service and laundry room with brand new washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and freezer, and in the kitchen fridge, oven, microwave and induction cooker are provided, all brand new, and insurance covered in case of malfunction.
