Hi all! I’m looking for a new flatmate, preferably a female student to take over a room in a gorgeous two bedroom flat starting October 1st. You would be sharing the space with myself as well as my cat, so must be okay with animals! I’m a 27 year old post graduate student at the University of Edinburgh doing a year long program in animal behavior and animal welfare. I love to read, have cozy nights in, hit the town, and spend time outside. The ideal flatmate would be clean and respectful, while also social and friendly. I always appreciate some solitude and quiet time but also want to utilize the shared spaces in the flat for movie nights or cooking together or going to the pub! The flat is in an incredible location in a quiet neighborhood right next to the meadows, several bus stops, and a 10 minute walk to the University.
The rent would be £1,147.5 each without utilities, and a security deposit of the same amount. My landlord would prefer either a UK guarantor or 6 months rent up front to rent the flat. It is furnished, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms with a large kitchen and a washer.
