Hello,
I have a lovely ensuite room to rent in the beautiful village of Torphichen, overlooking the hills leading to Beecraigs park. There is a nice country lane to walk up - beautiful in all weathers.
The house has an EICR report and newly installed gas boiler, with the house having an overall energy efficiency rating C. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, table and chair, armchair and large flat screen tv (if wanted).
Our house is comfortable and warm and the room is bright and cosy. You can see the room in the first four photos and the last one. ( I couldn't move that one!) The other photos show the house generally. As I have two young children and am looking after my mother from time to time, it's sometimes a full house, but I do work full-time and nursery happens in the daytime so there's plenty peace and quiet!
It's a very fast commute of 30 mins to Edinburgh by car or train from Bathgate station (22 mins on the fast train).
Bills are on top of the room price (£150) and include council tax, utilities and internet.
