The household
I'm an artist and the house is both my home and my working studio, so it's quiet during the day and I keep the studio areas private. You'd be sharing with one other person. The room suits someone friendly, tidy and considerate who works outside the home during the day.
Terms
• 5 days a week (Mon–Fri): £620 per month, or £145 per week
• 7 days a week: £850 per month
• Deposit: £850 (one month's rent)
