I'm looking for a nice easy going person to share a wee country cottage on the Innes Estate. Add says apartment but not. Furnished. Only 1 lady neighbour.
1 mile walk to Lossiemouth Forest and a small walk to the Beach.
This is a 2 bedroom with carpeted lounge, and a spare room we can share perhaps, to craft/projects or book shelves and so on. There will be a proper tenancy signed with the Laird. I'm very easy going and been on the Estate 7 years 4 months, originally from New Zealand.

There is washing machine, leather sofas, parking, large fridge/freezer.
The rent is only £650 monthly so chopped in half, electric and council tax. £325 deposit ( not to me ).
All I ask is that you work and respectful, kind, honest, quietish.
I have wee dog now & again, so must like dogs.

Also we are 10 minutes from Lossiemouth, so car is needed, so must drive as rural but 15 minutes from Elgin.
Oh, & there is a very firm bed here, nearly 1 year old, the last Lady left for me to sell, so if need bed, great but must buy sorry, or bring your own. Thanks in advance.
