Rent is £550 per month, with a £550 deposit (returned on the last day of tenancy). Contract to be signed. Bills not included, around 40£ per month.
Viewings can be arranged on the 8th,9th and during the weekend.
Please note, the desk currently in the room will be moved to the living room.
You’ll be sharing the flat with two professionals (a couple). I work hybrid, so I’m not always at home.
We’re looking for a quiet, clean and respectful person—no wild parties. We’re friendly and don’t mind sharing a dinner or a glass of wine now and then. ;)
I am ok with a short rent (at least a week)/ longer term if preferable - I’m flexible . :)
