It locates near Edinburgh citer center (kirk street, Leith Walk) with less than half hour walk and less than 10 minus bus (7,25,16,49) to city center. There are a large kitchen, a shower room, a toilet room and garden in the house. The house got all facilities such as central heating, double glaze, freg/frez, wash machine and microwave. The room also got furniture.
