We all like to go out together, cook meals and have drinks on occasion. We also have close friendships with other units so there's a very great a community feel. We aren't a party house by any means, but we do require the new tenant to be looking for more than just a room in a house, and be okay with the occasional gathering. This living situation is better suited to someone social.
