Looking for house share / lodger
I have a 2-bedroom semi-detached house with car port (enough space for 2 cars) and garden.
Available is a large double bedroom with shared bathroom, kitchen, living room etc.
Looking for someone employed and who likes cats also as I do have cats but they’re lovely. Room is unfurnished however will have a large wardrobe and cupboard left for you to use.
Bills would be included in price. Looking for possibly 6 months to a year stay.
I actually stay at my partners house down the road so am only home to feed the cats and may stay one night a week usually being a Wednesday night.
I’m 25 (female) and like to keep the house tidy so need someone who will look after it and clean up as they go.
