I’m looking for a professional, responsible couple who would love the opportunity to enjoy more than just a room.

I’m planning to travel regularly, so I’d love to find the right people who can really make themselves at home, enjoy the space and look after the house while I’m away.

You would have two rooms upstairs, giving you the flexibility to have a bedroom plus your own office, dressing room or additional private space. You would also have the upstairs bathroom, while I mainly use the downstairs bathroom when I’m home.

The kitchen and living areas are shared, but because I’ll be travelling quite a lot, there will be plenty of time when you’ll have most of the house to yourselves.

It’s a peaceful home in New Eltham, close to the station and surrounded by lovely green spaces.

I’m looking for a couple who are clean, respectful and responsible and who want somewhere they can genuinely feel at home rather than simply renting a room.

Rent to be agreed for the couple, with bills included.
