The bungalow is available until at least late spring 2028, and potentially longer, depending on our plans for the sale of the property. It would therefore suit someone looking for a home for approximately 18 months, with the possibility of a longer stay.

The wider property, including the main house and land, is expected to be marketed for sale in late spring 2028. Tenants will need to be comfortable with reasonable arrangements for viewings, with appropriate notice.
