There are 5 studios available. Please see the photos. These are quirky spaces in a hotel in Kemp Town, which are now available over the winter for longer term stays at much reduced daily rate.

All the studios have their own en-suite shower and WC. They all have a kitchenette (Fridge, microwave, sink, kettle, toaster.. but no hob or conventional oven)

The studios are different sizes, with different facilities. Some have a sea view. Some are available for two people. Some just one person. Therefore the price will vary. The rent shown is typical for a one month stay for a single person in a lower priced studio. If you want to stay longer the rent per month will be less. If you want a shorter stay the rent per night/week will be more.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED Central Heating, 24 hour hot water. Fast internet. No council tax to pay. Washing machine/Dryer available to use.

IMPORTANT: IF you are interested PLEASE SEND YOUR DATES...or if you are not certain about exact dates then a rough idea of when you want to move, and how long you want to stay. Then can tell you which of the studios are available, and give you a price. Only then can a viewing be arranged.

When enquiring please provide information about yourself such as how many people (maximum in any case is 2), Age, gender, and your work/study etc

No damage deposit is required but a booking deposit is taken which is non returnable in the event that you cancel.

No credit check.
