I'm female, 30 years old currently receiving higher rate UC and advanced pip for physical health issues. I'm living in shared accomdation and I don't like it at all. I'm in derbyshire at the moment but I want to be near to friends family blackpool/preston. I need a landlord that would be willing to take the deposit in 2 seperate payments if possible. I don't have photo I.d but if needed I can get that done. I do have a birth certificate. I can't afford more than £600 upfront in one payment. I'm looking for somewhere as soon as possible. If you know of any cheap landlords or you have anything to offer that would be suitable please message me. Thank you.
