I hold the entire flat with a long-term lease. As I am going away for holiday for full February, I’d like to ask for a small price to find someone quickly and license it out.
The flat is in Hammersmith. It’s quiet, residential but in the meantime has very good location. 7 mins walk from Shepherd’s Bush station (central line, 10 mins away from Oxford Circus), 10 mins walk to Goldhawk Road station (Hammersmith & City line, circle line). And 24 hour stores, cafe, diners, and Westfield London nearby.
I can send you the video of the flat first. And if you are interested, I will show you the tenancy agreement during viewing; in return I’d like to quickly check on your visa status as well. Being mindful of the timeline (I am flying out 31 January), the sum of rent and deposit will be needed soon after the viewing if you are interested.
