The studio is clean, bright and cozy, with natural light from two west-facing windows & a WC/shower room, also with a window.
The studio can fit a double bed (& wardrobe) on one side with its own kitchenette on the other - including storage cabinets, 4 point electric hob/stove, full oven, sink & full-height, integrated fridge-freezer.
The self-contained studio is in a 2x unit flat on the first floor (stairs - no lift).

The building is next to Aldi and close to all the shops and conveniences of the Boscombe Sovereign Center-Mall & promenade.
It is comprised of multiple self-contained studio flats over 3 floors with pleasant, professional and carefully-vetted tenants. It is kept clean, very safe, secure, well-maintained & closely monitored with CCTV.

The ground floor courtyard entrance, (with a utility room for coin-metered washing & dryer machine facilities) is exclusively accessible to the key-holding tenants of the building only.

This vacancy is offered to a non-smoking professional (possibly, a couple, although it is very small). Ideally, relaxed, tidy and considerate of others, with a confirmed job and references (work & landlord). Full searches & vetting done by agency.

We accept a month's rent in advance and one month's rent deposit (to be held by DPS).
Each studio flat has its own electric energy supplied via individual coin-meters, which, along with the c. tax (Band A) are paid as you go, in addition to the rent.
However, full water supply & 24hr, unlimited, 1Gbps, fibre, wireless broadband are included in the rent.

You may appreciate that this residential block is not a wild party place but rather a home & sanctuary for quiet, considerate professionals & working people... Very casual but calm & where tranquility & responsible behaviour are good things, welcomed by all.
