THIS IS NOT a long term rental. This unique modern house is available for a short let only, up to 3 months from 6 January 2027 to 5 April 2027 or around these dates. Fully furnished with all amenities provided. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, two double and one single, the single is currently set up as an office but can have a single bed put in it if required and the main bathroom is upstairs which has a large shower cubicle. The original lounge downstairs is currently set up as a fourth bedroom with a sofa, this can be reverted back to a main lounge and the bed removed on request. There is a second shower room downstairs. The main large kitchen / dining / tv area is a large open plan family space with sliding doors out to the deck area / back garden that is well maintained.
The house is double glazed with gas central heating. Large double driveway to the front, side access and large back garden. No smoking in the house and no pets.
The local bus is number 44 and 5, walking distance to Portobello, Asda, The Range and close to Portobello High School. The A1 and Musselburgh is only a few minutes drive away and Brunstane Train Station is close by.
The rent will include, Sky TV basic package, WIFI, Council Tax. It will NOT include gas and electricity costs, these will be put in the tenants name. This will be a holiday short let agreement and not a Scottish Residential Tenancy Agreement. This may suit a family between homes or a company looking for accommodation.
Monthly Rent is £1800 paid in advance and a deposit of £2000 will be required.
