This ground-floor garden annexe comprises two generously proportioned rooms, one with French doors to a private south-facing walled garden, and wood-burning stove in original fireplace, the other with hand-made reclaimed wooden kitchen with Leach Pottery tiles, door to shower room, and stable-door to designated parking space at the back.

This historic detached house was built over 100 years ago as part of the famous Leach Pottery, and continues that legacy by providing accommodation for creative people. It sits back from the road in its own south-facing garden, up a gravel driveway.

An extensive renovation has equipped the house with gas central heating, double glazing and thorough insulation throughout.

There is an interconnecting door between the annexe and the main house, generally locked for the privacy and security of both households. There is a washing machine in the back hall of the main house also for annexe occupier's use.

Four creative people share the main part of the house, ranging in age from early 30's to early 40's. The ideal person for the annexe may be a bit older, creative professional, ideally with a love of gardening and interested in being part of a small creative community.
