Self-contained mini annex with 1 bedroom, 1 living room, bathroom, and kitchen is available for short term (2-6 months) in Southgate Crawley for 1-2 working professionals only. Bus and train stations are within 2-5 minutes.
Monthly fee: £1250, all bills included, except internet
Deposit: 1 monthly fee
Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob and oven, 2 wardrobes are on site, otherwise unfurnished.
The annex is small, cannot accommodate a family. No pets, no smoking, no agencies, no for business activities, sorry.
3 monthly pay slips or bank statement is necessary for checking your capability to pay. The contract can be lengthened if everyone is happy with eachother.
