It has a new central heating boiler and gas hob etc so it's very cheap to run.
Long term let preferred. (minimum period 6 months preferred).
No pets and no smokers (including vapers) please.
The rent is £930pm and the council tax is band B.
The deposit is one month's rent.
The rent doesn't include gas or electricity costs.
I'm a private landlord so there are no agents fees to pay. My landlord reg nbr is 07400/230/18580.
There is permit parking which cost approx approx £2 per week (£100 per annum).
