Description
Private Student Studio Newcastle City Centre – £185pw Negotiable – Bills Included
Private student studio available for official tenancy takeover at Oxford House, Newcastle city centre. MUST BE A STUDENT.
Rent: Originally around £210 per week, but I am willing to contribute towards the rent to bring the effective cost down to approximately £185 per week. This is negotiable for someone genuinely interested.
Studio includes:
- Private bathroom
- Private kitchen
- Fully self-contained studio
- All bills included
- No security deposit
- Single occupancy
- Newcastle city-centre location
- Tenancy runs until 29 August 2027
- Viewings available
I have not moved into the studio, so it has not been lived in by me.
The takeover would be completed officially through Oxford House/CRM Students, so this is not a private sublet.
I originally booked the accommodation because I expected my university placement to be based around Newcastle. My placement was later confirmed in Darlington, so it now makes more sense for me to commute from my family home. There are no issues with the room or accommodation.
I'm willing to be flexible with my contribution towards the rent, so £185/week is negotiable.
Please message me if interested. I can provide photos/videos, arrange a viewing, provide the full payment schedule, and answer any questions about the takeover.
Available immediately.
