The Pentland Hills Regional Park, Rosslyn Chapel and Glencourse Golf Club are a short distance away. The flat is on the first story with no flat above it. It has gas central heating as well as a gas fire in the living room. It has secondary glazing and insulation in the loft space. The bathroom has a bath with a shower. The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The living room has a sofa bed and a chest of drawers. There is a large attic space for storage. Bills are not included, and it is non-smoking. There's free on-street parking. There's a nice view over the valley from the double windows in the bedroom and the living room. The bedroom and living room are bigger than they appear here, but I don't have a wide angle lense camera to capture their size.
