Hello,
I am looking for a 5-bedroom flat in Edinburgh for my family, with a move-in date of around 15 August. We are looking for a long-term tenancy.
Our budget is up to £2,350 per month. For a property around £2,000 per month, I would also be happy to pay 3 to 5 months' rent upfront.
We are a family of four, two working adults and two children aged 10 and 12. We have no pets and are a quiet, responsible and extremely tidy family.
We take great care of the property we live in and have an excellent relationship with our current landlord, who is happy to provide a strong reference. We are independent tenants, respectful of the property and neighbours, and are looking for somewhere we can settle long term and treat as our home.
Please get in touch if you have a suitable 5-bedroom property available in Edinburgh from mid-August.
