We are a professional, non-smoking couple (both 27) looking for a studio or 1-bedroom flat to move in by February 9th, 2026.
About us:
We lead a very quiet, active lifestyle. No smoking, no pets, no alcohol, and no parties.
We work from home (Currency Trading).
Combined income: £1,434 per month (£840 from trading + £594 Universal Credit).
Once a tenancy agreement is signed, our UC will be updated to include the Housing Element to cover the rent.
Financial Support:
Portsmouth City Council is officially supporting our move and will provide assistance with the first month’s rent and deposit.
We have a perfect rental history with no arrears and can provide references.
We are moving because our current Home Office-provided accommodation is ending following our status change. We are looking for a reliable landlord and a peaceful place to call home.
