Gorgeous 1 bedroom flat in Battersea ( January to June )

Description

I will be renting out my gorgeous flat in Battersea for few months from January ( ideally from the 10th but can be earlier if needed ) until mid / end of June. The flat is fully furnished and has modern fittings. It has been recently refurbished so it's in an immaculate condition and I would like it that way when I take it back in June.
The flat is very bright and has breathtaking views as it's on the top floor of the block and has a good sized balcony. The bedroom features a king size bed and a fitted wardrobe. We are steps away from Battersea Park ( just across the road ) and 10-15 mins away by bus from Clapham Junction / South Kensington Stations. The bus stop is a minute away from the main entrance of the block. Battersea bridge, Albert bridge and the Thames Pathway are just a short walk away. We are walking distance to Clapham and Chelsea. The neighbourhood is very safe and the block has a video intercom system.
As it's my own home where I live with my family I am looking for a clean and responsable professional or a couple that may need short term accomodation.
Bills ( gas/ water/ electricity and WiFi ) are not included.
