We have six holiday cottages in Melrose available for 28 day lets during the winter months from the end of October to mid-March.
Beautiful countryside location yet also very close to Melrose town centre.
As holiday lets we are restricted to maximum 28 day lets. We can offer successive 28 day lets but the property needs to be vacated for 24 hours in between each let.
The cottages are fully furnished (all have a smart TV) and have fully equipped kitchens including Nespresso coffee machines.
Cost is from £327 per week including central heating and electricity to cover normal usage. No council tax payable. Dogs considered. No smokers. No cats.
Cottages range from one to three bedrooms.
