We are renting out our much-loved home in Hanover, Brighton, for a 12-month let, as my partner and I will be relocating. The property will be ready to move into from the beginning of April.

The house is fully furnished and would suit a family or a couple. It is not suitable for three individual sharers.

The property includes:

-Three bedrooms
-One family-sized bathroom with a bath and shower
-One additional WC with sink (located in the top bedroom)
-Comfortable, bright living spaces
-Small patio with BBQ and firepit
-Fully furnished throughout (personal items can be discussed and removed where appropriate)

-Close to schools
-Near wonderful pubs, restaurants & shops
-Excellent local amenities and transport links
-Permit parking available

Important (but hopefully lovely!) detail:
Our 10-year-old cat will be staying in the property during the tenancy. She is calm, affectionate, and very much part of the home. We are looking for tenants who are happy to give her love, attention, and companionship.

All cat-related costs, including food and vet bills, will be fully covered by us, so there is no financial responsibility involved.

Additionally, tenants do not need to worry about cat care if they go away. We have close family friends living nearby who are more than happy to pop in and feed her whenever needed. We appreciate that this is a slightly unusual request, but we are hopeful of finding the right people who will enjoy the home and be happy sharing it with a well-loved cat.

Rent: £1,900 per month (bills not included)
Tenancy: Strong commitment to the full 12 months required. Possible to extend after the 12 months.
