Edinburgh festival rental.
Available from 27th of July til 31st of August. Weekly rate can be discussed, but I would like a the flat to go for the month.
Posting again as the last party withdrew, so this is last minute.
Flat is 5 minute car/taxi from Edinburgh airport.
5 minute walk to local shops
5 minute walk to frequent buses, taking you straight into the city centre which is about a 30 minute journey.
Buses also run til late. Information on buses can be found on Lothian buses website.
First floor flat
2 fairly good sized bedrooms.
The bed in the second room is a bit gammy, it’s usually used for my child and they never complain.
Use of all appliances.
Will provide linen and towels
Quiet block
Plenty of parking if you have a car.
I’m looking for £800 for the month, weekly prices can be discussed.
Confidentiality is essential. This property isn’t meant to be sub rented out.
