Double room sublet available in a 2 bedroom flat. Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen etc.

Rent is £800pm incl. all bills (electricity, water, council tax, broadband)
£500 deposit is required.

The room has a double divan bed and mattress, a bedside table, a bookcase, a large clothes rail and a chest of drawers. Happy to move things out if desired as I have access to a garage that can be used for storage.

The flat is walking distance to the hospital. There is a large Asda nearby, as well as a Lidl and a Co-op. Nice cafes and pubs close by. With great bus routes in to city/station etc.

I'm in my early thirties, working largely from home (I have a desk space set up in the living room), for this reason the room is probably best suited for someone who doesn't also work from home. Ideally you'd be in your mid-20s up to late 30s.

I enjoy football and keeping active, cooking, music and reading. I'm quite social but appreciate having a calm and quiet space to live in, would appreciate someone who is similar.

I'm rather house proud and like to keep the flat clean and organised, again, i'd be looking for something similar in a flatmate.

Please note that on the odd occasion I do have my parents dog over for a couple of nights when required so you should be comfortable with that.
