Pay only £750 per month for the first 3 months (normal rent £2,100, then discounted to £1,950), with no deposit and all bills included for the first 6 months.

I’m looking for a hands‑on person who enjoys basic DIY and has some experience. No structural work is needed – mainly painting, changing carpets, moving some furniture, fixing a broken fence, and tidying up and planting in the garden. The work should take around a month in total, but you can fit it around your own schedule. All supply are provided.

In return, you benefit from reduced rent and no deposit while helping me get these small jobs done.

The flat has 2 bedrooms plus a small extra room, a large kitchen, living room, plenty of storage, and both front and back gardens. It’s in Brixton, close to shops and amenities. All bills are included for the first 6 months, with a minimum 12‑month contract.

Pets are welcome (I love animals), and smoking is allowed only in the garden/outside area.
